On the flights of Armenian Airlines LLC, it is allowed to transport sports equipment (ski and snowboard equipment, hockey equipment, golf equipment, fishing equipment, diving/surfing equipment, bicycles and other sports equipment and equipment) at the expense of the free baggage allowance provided for by the corresponding the tariff of the brand (except for the Basic brand), with the exception of athletics poles, which are paid at the rates of oversized baggage.

During the period from November 01 to May 10, in addition to the free baggage allowance, it is allowed to transport one set of ski or snowboard equipment with a total weight of up to 20 kg. Free transportation is provided only if a set of ski or snowboard equipment is transported. Free transportation does not apply to the transportation of only a cover with a pair of shoes. In this case, the transportation of a cover with a pair of shoes is carried out as a separate piece of luggage, subject to payment for such transportation according to tariffs established by the Airline.

Free transportation of a set of ski or snowboard equipment is not provided if the passenger purchased a ticket at the fare without baggage (Basic brand fare).

The set of ski equipment includes:

one soft cover (no more than 15 kg), including:

• one pair of skis;
• one pair of sticks;
• additional equipment (one helmet, glasses, special clothing).

one soft cover (no more than 5 kg), including:

• one pair of shoes.

The set of snowboard equipment includes:

one soft cover (no more than 15 kg), including:

• one snowboard;
• additional equipment (one helmet, glasses, special clothing).

one soft cover (no more than 5 kg), including:

• one pair of shoes.

Hockey equipment

One piece of baggage, which may consist of one soft cover (no more than 20 kg) with equipment and one soft cover with two clubs.

Golf equipment

The set of golf equipment (no more than 20 kg) includes a set of clubs, balls, shoes packed in one soft case.

Fishing equipment

One piece of equipment baggage, which may consist of fishing rods and a set of gear with a total weight of up to 20kg and 203cm in the sum of three dimensions.

Surfing equipment

The set of surfing equipment (with a total weight of not more than 20 kg) includes:

one soft cover (no more than 15 kg), including:

• surfboards — no more than two pieces.

one soft cover (no more than 5 kg), including:

• a set of fins for the board – no more than three pieces;
• fasteners – one pair;
• wetsuit – one piece;
• hydraulic pump – no more than two pairs in total;
• other accessories.

Diving equipment

The set of diving equipment includes:

1 soft cover (no more than 15 kg), including:

• buoyancy compensator – one piece;
• wetsuit – one piece;
• helmet – one piece;
• gloves – one pair;
• bots or fins – one pair.

one cover (no more than 5 kg), including:

• pressure gauge, regulator (octopus), mask with tube and other accessories.

Transportation of bicycles is allowed under the following conditions:

• the bike must be properly packed in a special paper box or a protective film to prevent the front wheel fork from moving;
• the steering wheel is fixed on the bike;
• the pedals are disconnected.
