Passengers Rights

Taking care of the observance of the rights of customers, the airline has prepared a complete list of passenger rights.

Passengers of Armenian Airlines LLC have the right to:

  • For free baggage transportation (in accordance with the fare brand of the purchased ticket), the weight of which does not exceed the norm established by the airline;
  • For the carriage of one child under the age of two for 10% of the ticket price;
  • Getting complete information about the flight and baggage transportation.

In case of a break in transportation due to the fault of the Carrier, as well as in case of flight delay, flight cancellation due to adverse meteorological conditions, for technical and other reasons, changes in the transportation route:

  • To provide mother and child rooms to a passenger with a child under the age of seven;
  • For two phone calls or two e-mail messages when waiting for the departure of the flight for more than two hours;
  • To provide soft drinks while waiting for the departure of the flight for more than two hours;
  • To provide hot meals while waiting for the departure of the flight for more than four hours and then every six hours - during the day and every eight hours - at night;
  • For accommodation in a hotel while waiting for a flight departure for more than eight hours - during the day and more than six hours - at night;
  • For delivery by transport from the airport to the hotel and back in cases where the hotel is provided without charging an additional fee;
  • For the organization of baggage storage.
