Payment procedure
A carriage fee is charged for the transportation of passengers and baggage by regular/charter flights of Armenian Airlines LLC or an authorized agent.
The carriage fee is determined on the basis of the amount of money established by Armenian Airlines LLC for the carriage of a passenger, between two points of the transportation route (hereinafter referred to as fares) or combinations of fares from the airport (point) from which the passenger's transportation begins, baggage according to the passenger's air transportation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the airport (point) of departure) to the airport (destination), fees provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and in the case of a passenger ordering additional services of increased comfort – the cost of additional high-comfort services established by Armenian Airlines LLC.
For the provision of services by an authorized agent to the passenger on the selection of the optimal transportation route, the carriage fee for transportation in accordance with the priority parameters of the conditions of carriage set by the passenger and/or the general conditions of carriage for each carrier and advisory services, the authorized agent may be charged additional fee.
The freight fee is indicated in the transportation document.
The passenger transportation fee applied under the aircraft chartering agreement (air charter) is not specified in the transportation document.
Payment for transportation and ticket processing are made after booking, except for the cases specified below.
Payment for transportation and ticket registration can be made before booking in the following cases:
- registration of a ticket with an open departure date (without specifying a fixed date in the ticket);
- registration of a ticket with the status of waiting for a free carrying capacity (a ticket with the status of "on-boarding");
- ticket registration in the presence of free carrying capacities after the end of passenger registration and baggage clearance.
When paying for the carriage of a passenger and his baggage, the tariffs applicable on the date of purchase of the ticket are applied.
if the fares have been changed by Armenian Airlines LLC before the start of the carriage, the carriage of passengers on tickets issued before the change of fares is carried out without recalculations, provided that the original conditions of the air carriage contract are preserved.
If the passenger changes the terms of the passenger's air carriage agreement (hereinafter referred to as the passenger's voluntary change of the terms of the passenger's air carriage agreement) before the start of the carriage, the carriage fee is determined on the basis of the tariffs in effect on the date of the start of the new air carriage. If the passenger voluntarily changes the terms of the air carriage agreement after the start of the carriage, if the carriage fee changes, the carriage is carried out according to the tariffs in force on the date of the start of the carriage.
Additional fees (if required) must be paid at the same time as the payment for the booked carriage.
If there is a need for an additional payment for a previously paid carriage, similar methods and conditions for accepting payment are applied.
